Ok so for the past 1-2 months (post FPS++) my game has had a strange stutter when moving with the camera and with more mods installed in general. It doesn't just happen when I have lots of mods enabled but even with all disabled it still stutters. I have only been able to remove the stutter when I completely uninstall and delete all folders containing mods or mod data. I can't figure out which mod it is at all so I'm turning to reddit as a last ditch effort as it's making my game unplayable and I'm almost at 1.5k hours (maybe a sign idk).
Also nearly no in game factors effect this at all (physics iteration count, graphics setting, PC setting etc and its happening the same on my laptop and my friends PC who has way less mods (he wont send me his mods list)
The only in game factor that does make a difference is fps (lower is worse)
This issue had never occurred in any way pre FPS++

Vid 2 Mods: (quite a few more but the ones i actually use and require for saves i want to use (even though ive cleared saves about 10 times trying to fix this)
if you need any more information just let me know (also auto limb repositioning doesnt change anything but people always seem to blame it so i didnt include it in this list nor did i install it at any point during my testing)
edit: also due to the videos being recorded at 75fps they dont quite capture all of the stutters at high refresh rates but you see them when i reduce to 60
