I don’t know how I’ll be reassured ever in any pregnancy.

My first pregnancy 10 years ago was a miscarriage.

Had 3 round of ivf 5 transfer and nothing apart from a chemical.

Got pregnant on letrozole in April and had a scan at 5 week 2 days and there was a sac and yok measuring 5 week 2 days which is fab everything looks great and I was sent on my way . 4 days later I bleed bright red no cramps next day no blood.

I’m now 6 week 3 days and tomorrow I have a scan and I’m just dreading feeling and thinking the worst!

Not many pregnancy symptoms either. This may all be in my head but I’m just terrified.
