Got the news from my coach, am in a intolerable leadership situation in a GPS project where the work is bad and kind of a toxic environment. Wasn’t motivated enough to take up extra work. Did what was asked of and didn’t get too much into the politics.

Coach let me know that client metric for me is ‘Below’
And am on BCLP list.

Planning to resign before being put on any PIP so i can conserve the energy to find a job outside.Dont have any good relation with the leadership or manager. Expectations set are many and high and a few bogus ones( unavailable during work hours, which is never the case) Considering current market conditions getting a good job in 2 months might be tough.

Need suggestions on how to navigate this.
