I have mild pelvic organ prolapse (stage 1) since around 5 months of this existing pregnancy. First child is 21 months old and I’m pregnant with my second and the due date is tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone has gone through something like this and if there’s any advice in terms of pushing etc? I would’ve adressed it if I knew what exactly it is but I’ve literally never even heard of it before and thought it’s too late to tell any doctor (well definitely it is too late now 😅).

I’m hoping for a medication free vaginal birth just like my first one. Thank you in advance!
