Hey people, I recently bought a Phonak Audéo infinio hearing aid, I -70 model.

But my audiologist is unable to or maybe doesn't want to fit it properly...

  1. He did basic frequency testing and adjusted the amplification of the hearing aid.

  2. The custom mold has changed over 3 times and they don't fit properly.

  3. When asked for a remote fitting session they are making excuses that these fittings must be done in person. (The clinic is over 45km away from where I live)

What do you guys suggest? Should I buy noahlink myself and get it done on my own? (Since I am a very technical person, I guess it won't take much time for me to learn it)

What else can I do?

Going to another clinic would cost me a hefty amount of money. (Not a optimal solution considering my financial condition)
