what are some good and safe live plants for my enclosure? i’ve had fake ones for a while now but just caught him trying to eat some so i need to replace them asap.

i thought he was out of it since he came out of hiding for a bit and that was the day i took him out but since then he seems to be back in brumation. hiding, sometimes eating. he’s not lost weight and he looks fine so i don’t think it’s anything else but im just worried i stressed him out but taking him out too soon and is making him brumate longer? is this possible? what should i do?
