Hi everyone, I’m trying to understand what happened with my account and whether this makes sense.
In Nov 2024, I purchased:
Xeomin 100 units (~$847)
Tattoo removal package (~$762)
I used 32 units of Xeomin, then found out I was pregnant and couldn’t continue treatments. I requested a refund for the tattoo removal (since I never used it), but it wasn’t processed.
I ended up disputing ~$850 with my bank. After that:
My Xeomin package shows “completed” and I have no remaining units
My tattoo removal also shows “completed,” but I never used it
I only received ~$850 back total
From what I can tell, it seems like the refund got applied to the Xeomin instead of the tattoo removal, which wasn’t my intention.
Has anyone dealt with something like this?
will the issue be fixed or will I just be brushed off because I’m stilling missing $762!!
