My 71 year old, tech-phobic mother fell in love with the FSD during the demo. Until her demo is never been in one. She bought a new Model Y and we have been learning but have found a hiccup.

She lives in a rural setting, with her house set a significant distance from the county road down a private driveway (it’s kind of paved, kind of not). There are three private access roads to the property, about 1/4 mile apart, call them 1, 2, and 3. Her driveway is 1, but when FSD is engaged, it insists on going to 2.

I set a pin while the car was in her driveway, and that is set as “home.” It still attempts the other road every time.

Questions:

1. How can I “train” the car to use the correct driveway?
2. Is it possible to set a lower speed for that segment (1/8 mile driveway) so it’s not trying to go 40? She wants 15 mph.
3. I would feel more comfortable with it parking itself in her driveway where her charger is. Can I program that?
