I have read many posts in this sub where people talk about how meditation can help you to contact ET's, but I want to know what the consensus is. It seems like there are lots of conflicting opinions in the sub. Is it true that meditation can help people contact ET's? Is it all just a bunch of bunk theory?

Just wondering if there are any good subreddits where I could contribute? I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask.
