What is your opinion on the ET's use of meditation in contact with humans?

I have read many posts in this sub where people talk about how meditation can help you to contact ET's, but I want to know what the consensus is. It seems like there are lots of conflicting opinions in the sub. Is it true that meditation can help people contact ET's? Is it all just a bunch of bunk theory?

If you know how to cook, you will learn how to make curry. (Bakugo no Kyou mo Sorenari)

Hi, thanks for reading!

I was wondering how this is going to look like in your kitchen (i think it will be quite different from what we're seeing in other restaurants, so just be prepared to be nervous and disappointed).

Also, please tell me the sauce

My first ever PT visit today. What was your experience like?

17F, 5'9, 150lbs, Caucasian, USA

Hello everyone,

My first PT visit was last Thursday and I was nervous to go because I have anxiety and also I'm worried my mental health may be at risk. I had an appointment scheduled today but unfortunately due to some scheduling issues it took me a while to get there. The doctor seemed very impressed with how I did and said that I was doing great. He recommended some stretches that I could do on my own.

I did some stretches today and I'm loving it!

I have a bad issue where I'm constantly checking up on my phone. I'll check my heart rate every minute of every hour. It hurts to read it hurts and it feels like I'm going to pass out. I've always been good at staying hydrated and I'm working on that now.

I do get really anxious when things aren't going well and it can sometimes be really stressful. I've always been a great hydration provider and I'm very grateful that today was my last day with them.

I do have a lot of muscle tension in my chest that is making it hard for me to breathe. I have to remind myself to breathe better and that my heart rate will go down if I don't. I have trouble focusing on things like my breathing or my heart rate. It's like I've lost focus on something else entirely.

I'm always looking for new ways to improve my mental health, but I've never been able to find anything that helps. I really do need to find something that helps me.

I really appreciate any feedback!

What do you think of the "slavery" movement in Africa?

It is a movement based on exploitation and slavery. The idea is to make sure that if we do not act against it then we will still be complicit in it, and the Africans will simply act against it.

This might be the best mod to exist

69 hours in... I just discovered it.

I love it. It helps me so much to build an amazing fortress now, knowing I'll one day get to share one of my colonies with you.
