hey there! i’m 24 and i’ve been lifting weight consistently for the past 4 years. i would say i’m in pretty good condition. i do my regular 4 day split (push, quads, pull, glutes) plus a day of long run (10-15km) and/or swimming plus occasional wall climbing and cycling. however i struggle with pull ups (i would say my back is pretty strong) which has made me interested in starting training mobility. i wouldn’t say i’m stiff and i am flexible, but i would like to achieve some exercises such as pistol squats, L sits, handstands, splits. the workout programs that i’ve found interesting are expensive (move with agnes, josephine gainz’ alignment method), so i’m searching for (preferably free) recommendations, i’d thank it very very much!
