Hi all!

I’m trying to figure out what to do, I bought a pair of shoes that were meant to be a UK women’s size 9 (I even confirmed before buying!) and what arrived was a child’s size 9. I returned at my expense and now the seller is refusing to pick up the item and has now blocked me after I asked (after 5 days) if they would be able to pick them up soon.

Will I still get a refund if they refuse to collect them? What happens if they get sent back to me? According to evri they only hold packages for 10 days but I’ve seen some posts saying smaller offies will hold them much longer

Sorry if this has been asked before I’m just a bit at a loss and I paid a lot of money for these shoes :/
