Hi everyone,

I recently completed all onboarding steps for Accenture and have been assigned a joining location in Bangalore (Koramangala).

I am currently based in Hyderabad, and relocating to Bangalore for now feels a bit impractical, especially since we are expected to go to the office only once a week initially.

My concern:

If I request a location change now (before onboarding), will it:

• Delay my onboarding?
• Push me to a later batch?
• Affect my joining process in any way?

Questions:

1. Has anyone successfully changed location before joining?
2. Does Accenture allow such changes at this stage?
3. Is it safer to join first and then request an internal transfer?
4. What would be the better option in this situation?

Would really appreciate any guidance from those who have gone through this process .
