I posted about 60 days ago with some of the issues my new business partner and I were having. He let me know the beginning of April that he did not want to be partners after tax season. In the same conversation, he let me know what he really thought of me, that he filed paperwork with the state to incorporate the company name I created & all of the marketing/logos with it, and that he had taken a few of my clients that we had shared. I took off a week after tax season and came in to clean out my office. Only to find out my friend and bookkeeper is staying with him. She wouldn’t say why but I suspect money.
In the last 3 weeks, I have lost my office I loved, my friend, my staff, clients, had to relocate, lost my new brand, and honestly just feel overall terrible.
Has anyone hit a rough patch and bounced back? Should I just be done?
