Outward Hound toy for super chewers is the way to go.
A few months ago I posted about Arrows favorite toy and how it was so ratty. You guys were super helpful in finding out what kind of toy it was and how I could find a new one. (His was so destroyed I couldn’t identify the make or brand or anything lol)
Well we did eventually find a new one and this time it’s really a cow, not a horse and I was finally able to toss the old one. It’s been several months now and it’s still basically in tact. The old one lasted for like a year.
All this to say…These Outward Hound tough leather squeaky “stuffies” are the most durable dog toys I’ve seen thus far. I see a lot of people on this sub asking for tough toy recommendations that will last a while. Well this is it! Arrow will beat the heck out of it and then when he’s finally tired he’ll curl up with it and lick it like it’s a puppy lol. I don’t know what else this brand makes but if you’re looking for a durable toy that you’re ACD might love, this is it. It’s a fetch toy, a catch toy, a squeaky toy and a cuddle toy and lasts months longer than most.
