How to be consistent?
I have a goal, I go for 1-3 months and then it could be a change in schedule or routine and then I have a hard time getting back on track.
For example, I started really good with my fitness journey, lost weight, did the gym, was cooking, the whole 9 yards. I went on spring break and have been off it ever since.
There's things I want to do for social media. I go for a couple months. I started work up again. I don't do it.
There's so many goals I want to do and I get upset realizing how much time passed and I didn't do any of them cause I can't will myself to start again when I get off track.
Anyone has any tips to get that block out?
