GT4 Open Endurance series (2 hour races)

Am I missing something? When I go to Garage before Qualifying, I don’t see an option to change fuel amount… is everyone doing quali with a full tank of fuel?

Part two… my game disconnected on Lap 3 and by the time I restarted iRacing, I was in the pits (with 0x thankfully) but almost 2 laps down. Is this an internet issue? My hardware? Bad luck?
