I was at college for a year and gained a significant amount of weight >!10-15kgs (78kg)!< in a short amount of time because of drinking/eating poorly.

When I moved back home for the holidays I got hooked on restrictive eating/regular exercise but it didn’t become an issue for about another 2 months.

I started eating one meal a day and tracking calories.

I ate about >!1000 calories a day + pilates and walk.!<

I lost weight and got addicted. I now find it hard to restrict that i’m back at college because we all eating in the dining hall together, but I know I have an issue. My friends have caught on and addressed it with me but it appears to them i’m eating normal.. even though I throw up after >!70% of meals.!<

I love exercise and i’m not under weight >!(now 64kgs, 173 cm!<) but I have started throwing up after my meals and still tracking exercise (burning >!700+!< calories a day) and food (my fitness pal never exceeded >!1,200)!<.

I’m so hungry and want to eat food, i love food but i do have an issue and feel so guilty.

I don’t want to gain all the weight back but I want to enjoy life again.

Does anyone know how to help this cycle or have any advice?
