Did Patrick Clancy no-show?
Is that what happened today? Anyone know? What happens now?

And Sprague thought that she ate with that take. She thought that that take was going to help her win this case.
Today Patrick Clancy's mother took the stand. And this poor woman is obviously suffering, Buckingham asks about a million conversational questions, asks Patrick Clancy's mother if she's an active member of the Catholic Church, then asks "Are you aware that murder is considered a mortal sin."
That is disgusting. I have no idea what relevance it bears to the case aside from some kind of psyop. That poor woman knows that the possibility that her son murdered the children is being considered and I have no doubt that she's considered it to. I don't know exactly what pathways for redemption exist within Catholicism but for a religious person who believes that earthly actions have eternal consequences even the slightest possibility that her son might have that kind of sin on his soul has got to absolutely agonizing for her. What an unbelievably vile thing for Buckingham to do to her.
I've been irritated with the prosecutors for a while now, but this is it for me. Those two women are morally irredeemable as far as I'm concerned.
