I slept with my boss, how can I go about this?
I (22 F) slept with my boss (46 F) I don’t know what happened.
Okay so I started the job and ig she always was more hands on with me but I assumed it was because I was the youngest member of staff but my work friend pointed out a lot of the time she was hyper critical towards me for mistakes we all make stuff like a forgotten full stop or capital letter would mean it got brought up in meetings. I kind of started guessing I was a burden and she never showed me much I guess happiness. She asked if I had a bf I said no and she said that shocked her but that was all our romantic talks really.
Anyway onto the night it happened she called me into her office and yelled at me over a formatting issue and while not good or professional of me I tried to leave because I was upset and she said no stay then she said to come over to her so she could show me how to do it right. We stayed for a couple of hours then she started to get a little physical just like touching my shoulders and then she asked me if I’d ever been with a woman I said yeah and she kissed me then obviously it lead to more not gonna go into details because no one needs to hear them but yeah that happened and since then I thought maybe she’ll be nicer but no she’s still treating me the exact same but when we’re in private she compliments me on stuff you shouldn’t compliment a employee on.
Tbh I am very attracted to her but I just can’t see how well work and she also makes me feel upset a lot of the time with work stuff.
Posted this on another sub not meant for advice and got some useful tips but I think I’ll need further advice. For some extra information she’s been texting me all weekend as well. What should I do? I genuinely like her but apparently it’s wrong so what should I do?
