My dermatologist think it’s hair loss from seborrheic dermatitis. Thoughts?

I 28, recently started noticing extreme thinning on all areas of my scalp. I went to a dermatologist who looked at my scalp and redness on my face and said it was seborrheic dermatitis. The medication she gave me definitely helped with the redness and flakiness. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this? Could this be something else? No one in my am family had any hair loss till their mid 60’s
