Anyone care to explain why my broadband £95/month, and the renewal "offer" is £97, when they're advertising £34 for what looks Iike identical 1gig fibre for new customers.

1 have full works fibre with netflix and game pass

Every sports/entertainment package

7 unlimited Sims.

I must be in the top 1% of high usage customers.... Paying almost £300/month all in....

Time to leave?
