I have lost 50 percent of my hair from a grey box dye cover up. Now I dont know where to start.
Hi everyone, I’m posting to see if anyone here has had experience with hair thinning or hair loss after using Madison Reed hair color products. I know everyone reacts differently to hair dye, but I’ve been dealing with noticeable shedding/thinning and I’m trying to figure out whether anyone else has gone through something similar after using their products.
If you did experience hair loss, were you able to recover from it or regrow your hair? I’d really appreciate hearing what helped — whether it was stopping the product, using certain shampoos or treatments, supplements, scalp care, seeing a dermatologist, or just giving it time. I’m especially interested in hearing realistic timelines for regrowth and whether your hair eventually returned to normal density.
I’m not trying to bash the company at all — I’m just honestly looking for advice, shared experiences, and anything that may have helped others dealing with post-color hair thinning. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to share.
