PC DOS game, very old (maybe 1991-1994), graphics similar to Doom/Redneck Rampage (2.5D sprites). You ride a motorcycle in first person — you can see the handlebars. The shotgun only appears when you shoot ( maybe?). Open city, very dark, modern setting i can only remember this level... You have a time limit. You shoot criminals (some on bikes/vehicles, some on foot). There are pedestrians (women) you must NOT run over or there's a penalty. Health and weapon pickups scattered around the city. Buildings visible. Very obscure game.

i remember little i was a child , but i dont think you can get off the bike.
