Any time you need to login to your IRS account, you have to go through ID.me, and that''s fine. I have no problem with that. The problem comes when after inputting the numbers in the text message sent only to your phone, then you have to verify by this system of uploading your ID for about the fourth time, and then trying to do a selfie, that never works. This selfie crap has to go.

Some phones don't work with their system, apparently.
