I have almost 200 sold items on my Depop account, one of the sold items I packaged up neatly and sent it off. a few days later I get a message from my buyer demanding a refund because she didn’t like the way it fit on her and thought it was too big. I simply pointed out that I added the the sizing in the description, the caption and also took a picture of the tag and added it to the listing. I told her in a very respectful way that it’s not the sellers fault when you don’t buy a size that fits you. she was extremely rude and passive aggressive, she then proceeded to leave me a 1 star review claiming I sent her a completely different shirt which is by no means true. I reached out to Depop explaining what happened and even sent proof that I listed the sizing in all three areas of the item, they then told me that they couldn’t help me. I think that’s completely ridiculous that they don’t have am era to be able to reply to review. Now I can’t say my side of the story and this 1 star review is stuck on my page. I have put lots of time and energy into my Depop account handpicking all of my items for my buyers. Depop would not be a site without its sellers, i think this is completely unfair
