I just got a pre owned 2015 Highlander at 98k miles from Toyota dealership & read about the issues of timing cover leaks. Sadly found out the day after about these possible issues and sure enough…it’s there….atleast I think so. I feel stuck. I already overpaid due to the situation I’m in & there’s no way I can afford to fix this as I read it’s easily between 3-6k fix…. Had only one owner who did maintenance every 5-7k according to the carfax report. Any advice from would be super greatly appreciated truly.
