toy or mini??

Hi guys! I just got a Toy Poodle. She’s 4 months and almost 2 weeks old, so basically 4 and a half months. She currently weighs 1.7 kg and is 20 cm tall.

The breeder told me her mom and dad were around 2.4 and 2.6 kg, so I’m wondering… do you guys think she’s a Toy Poodle?
I ask because , later i found something sus about the breeders....

At 12 weeks, she weighed 900 grams, but now she’s gotten a little chunkier. Not super chunky, though 😅 I’ll show you guys some pictures of her!
