My parents are asking me to go dehradun and I want to pursue ba llb from Indore ik it's a good place nice environment but I don't wanna spend my 5 years there

Is dehradun good for studying law
is dehradun good for studying law as in doing 5 year course there and how much are the expenses
The thing is one of my friend is ditching me as she is now thinking of to go to dehradun for studies (ba llb). Reason? Her parents think that dehradun has great environment less crowd and everything but I wanna know the negative sides in order to convenience her I mean the real real side
