Small fire on Madrid Ave — possible witness/person of interest

A small fire occurred around 3 p.m. today (Friday, Aug. 14) on Madrid Ave between El Dorado and Sonoma. Torrance Fire responded and the fire has been taken care of.
I noticed the fire fairly early, and shortly afterward an individual walked by me making aggressive/incoherent comments. I was able to get a photo and have shared it with the fire department; police dispatch also has his description.
I’m not saying this person was involved in the fire or that he did anything wrong, but given the timing, I thought it was worth sharing in case anyone recognizes or encounters him. If you do, please contact TPD rather than approaching him yourself.
Just sharing in case it helps.

Looking for FOX broadcast VHS — Redskins at Cowboys Thanksgiving Day 1996 (11/28/1996)

I'm searching for an original off-air VHS recording of the FOX broadcast of the Redskins at Cowboys game on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 1996.

I’m specifically looking for the version with the original broadcast segments/commercials intact. The reason it’s important: my brother, who recently passed away, appeared as a child in a FOX segment during the game.

There were several kid segments throughout the broadcast, and I’ve found recordings that include some of them, but the one I’m looking for is the segment immediately before the start of the 2nd half, where FOX interviewed kids and asked them questions, including how many legs a turkey has. That segment is missing from the versions available online.

If anyone has this off-air recording, knows a collector who might, or has any leads, I would be incredibly grateful. This footage would mean a lot to my family.

Thank you.

Bike routes from Old Torrance?

Hi all. Moved to Old Torrance (near Beech Ave/Sonoma St) and looking for some solid bike routes in the area.

Any recommendations for routes that head toward PV, the beach, or just around South Bay that avoid the main busy roads when possible? Google Maps isn’t always great for picking lower-traffic or more scenic routes, so figured I’d ask here.

Thanks.
