Im not saying a review would have worked, but why was this not challenged by the coach. Is this something tocchet needed to do or is there a rule where this is immediately review without a challenge? Just looking for some clarification

It's amazing that a sport that is so ridiculously entertaining has been run this horribly. Who is the genius who thought having the flyers play game 1 at the same time as the sixers vs Celtics game 7 was a good idea?
