Odd question which may sound dumb, but for a little context here, a friend of mine claims to be taking pills which apparently completely eradicate the baby bump without harming the baby. While I completely support her situation, I have to admit I am a little confused and skeptical.

So, she claims that shes pregnant and has been taking pills which completely remove the baby bump, but don't harm the baby. Shes only a month or so in, so I don't think it should too visible for now, but she has a mark of lying about serious topics.

I'd like to mention, she's still a minor, so there would likely be less options for her.
