I am creating this thread because my previous post didn't get a staff response, and I am still waiting for critical clarification from u/FACEIT_Darwin regarding my case (Ticket #13069074).

Quick recap of the situation:

• Account (bxrzzz) has 0 matches played and 0 chat messages/links sent.
• Darwin previously stated that the ban was triggered by an "incredibly high number of parties joined/left" in the Party Finder.
• I explained that as a complete beginner at the time, I was manually clicking through open lobbies trying to find an active group to play my very first match.

My formal request to Darwin or any senior moderator: Since my follow-up comments on the older thread are not being seen, I kindly ask you to check the ticket and provide the exact number of parties joined and the specific timeframe.

If the logs show hundreds of automation-like requests, then my account was definitely compromised. But if it's a realistic number of manual clicks from a confused beginner, I ask for a fair, manual reconsideration of this permanent ban.

I just want a clear answer based on the facts so I can resolve this situation.

I am writing this post to follow up on a conversation I had with u/FACEIT_Darwin regarding my permanent ban for "Phishing" (Ticket #13069074).

Darwin previously mentioned that my account showed an unusually high volume of joining/leaving parties in the Party Finder back in 2025, despite having 0 matches played. I've shared my side of the story—that I was a completely new and confused user trying to find a team—but it has been over a week since my last update.

I am looking for two specific things:

1. Clarification on the volume: Could a moderator please confirm the exact number of parties joined/left? I'm trying to match this with my memory of the events to see if my account was compromised or if it was just my persistent manual attempts.
2. Manual review of logs: Since I have never sent any links or chat messages, I hope a manual review can validate that no actual phishing occurred.

I am very eager to resolve this so I can finally start playing on the platform with my clean Steam account.
