
Disney+/Hulu activation issue
I recently changed plans to the Gig+streaming and figured the savings of the Disney+/Hulu would be additional since it meant I could cancel my direct subscription.
However, the lovely problem: My “yoursubscriptions” page is incorrect and doesn’t include anything about Disney+/Hulu despite support, email, and article instructions that I should be able to activate from there. I have used the chat to get to a level 2 escalation, but even then they provided no solution nor (as far as I can tell) is there any ticket, so I have to explain it again every time I try to start support or call in.
I have been able to activate Peacock, but even that doesn’t display correctly in “yoursubscriptions”
The email that I use for login into Xfinity and my existing Disney+ is the same; I had one agent try to say that I had to cancel my existing Disney+ first. This is not what they support docs indicate since the existing one has to be there for viewing history, etc. to migrate.
