Hey guys,

I’m 27 and just got my testosterone levels checked. Total is 227 and free is 6. Ive Been dealing with fatigue and mood changes, so it makes sense. My doctor said we will test again in 3 months, and if i can't get it up then they recommend TRT. The thing is, my wife and I have been planning on trying for a child and I've seen the effects TRT has. I've also seen it could give you high blood pressure, and i want to avoid that as it runs in the family. I already know about working out, diet, and sleep, so I’m working on those. It's definitely needed. I get about 5 hours a day on night shift, and I'm trying to improve my sleep time and quality. Going on walks to get a higher step count along with a 3-5 days of resistant training days a week and cleaning up what I'm eating. So what are some other ways you’ve actually increased your testosterone? Anything that helped you. Appreciate it!
