Guys, I just joined a real Estate company as a marketing executive.

I wanted a help selecting out a proper camera for videos like podcast and reels short form contents so what which is the best camera I am thinking of getting and Sony a7 S3 or a7iv..

Also also... what are the lights that I can get, key light and diffusers also which is the best mic? please guys I need urgent help here suggest me.. if possible with the links please
