any tips on how to quit smoking cold turkey?

i’m young and i do not know how to quit without relapsing after like 5 days and i just don’t know what to do.

how can i handle a breakup?

I really liked her and when i saw her at school hanging out with another guy constantly way more than me I knew that this was coming but i was too blinded by love to actually see the signs. Now i feel like nothing.
