Need help diagnosing Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 (i5 + GTX 1650 Ti) no display issue

My Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 suddenly stopped working properly. Here are the symptoms:

• Powers on
• Keyboard lights turn on
• Fans spin briefly then stop
• No display at all
• No Acer logo / no POST
• Technician said the CPU might be dead because it doesn’t heat up on thermal inspection while other components do

I’m not fully convinced since I read that CPUs rarely die and it could also be motherboard power delivery, BIOS corruption, RAM, etc.

Things I’ve tried:

• Reseated RAM
• Tried one RAM stick at a time
• External monitor
• Power reset (battery disconnected + hold power button)

No luck so far.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue on the Nitro 5 AN515-55? Was it actually the CPU, BIOS, or motherboard?

Would appreciate any advice before I decide whether to repair or replace the motherboard. Thanks.
