I'm 23F looking for either roommates to apartment hunt with or a lease take over for the end of June / July 1st at the latest, ideally with the option to renew in December / January. Mostly looking at Murray Hill, Kips Bay, Turtle Bay, East Village.. basically anywhere along the 4,5,6. Budget is max 2400, ideally closer to 2k, but I'm flexible :)
About me, I work a standard 9-5 in data and analytics, with one WFH day per week. I live a clean and quiet lifestyle but I’m super friendly and outgoing, and would love a roommate that is open to being friends! I value tidy common spaces and clear and respectful communication, as well as a generally quiet space during weeknights. On the weekends I like to hang out with friends, try new restaurants, visit museums, shop, and explore the city!
