Has anyone else had their verification fail for no obvious reason?
I signed up, linked my bank account, and completed the verification checks by submitting my driver’s licence and a selfie. I made sure the photos were clear and followed the instructions carefully. I’m not using a VPN, and I’m not travelling, so I’m not sure what else could be causing the issue.
Is there anything else you can do to improve the chances of passing these checks?
I currently have around 10 hours free to migrate one of my web apps over to Hetzner, but I’m being told verification could take up to two days. That delay is frustrating, and I’m now considering taking my business elsewhere.
I understand the need for account verification, but it feels a bit excessive when all the requested steps have already been completed. On top of that, I’m now being asked to “explain” why I think my account should be verified, which feels a little odd given that I’ve already provided the required documents.
