Transition to Reta maintenance

Cross-posting because I feel like this group may have a more nuanced take on this than the other group I had posted in. I’m approaching maintenance after about 5 months on Reta (stayed at a pretty conservative 3mg but had a much stronger response than expected), and I’m curious what people are strategically using for maintenance/body comp support. For context, I also currently run GHKCU+ Semax, so I’m not totally new to the peptide world but I’m more interested in optimizing maintenance/body composition than simply preventing regain. Are most of you just tapering into a lower long-term Reta dose, or have you found value in adding things like MOTS-c, AOD, etc.?

20 pounds off

Looking back to 2 summers ago I was in such an unhappy place- I started with the gym but eventually integrated Reta about 5 months ago. I have stayed at 3mg but I’m looking to slowly titrate down. I feel so much better!! Reta has changed my unhealthy habits of restricting/binging, I find joy in moving my body instead of feeling it’s a punishment. I love it here lol!!!
I keep seeing mentions of “micro dosing” Reta in terms of maintaining so if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations lmk!
