had the genius to open up a fully functional x240 and may have played too hard with it. Doesnt turn on, no flashing lights, no fan noise, just a blank half lit screen

1. Cmos battery wire got undon and im not sure which was which saide so i pit it in and now this happened. Possibly something fired? Or just the cmos battery prob? (Cr1632)
2. Ribbon cable for fans was kinda yanked too but looks fine. But cant tell

3damage to resistors or smth? Idk when i put in the cr1632 battery in i think i might fry something but im not sure if i did

Is this a cmos batt fix, or somethung more complicated?
