Was driving down Detroit about an hour ago and there was a pretty intense police chase heading towards CLE. Any updates on this?

So like is this planned? How can we be notified about this?

CCPs website only tells IF the power is out not when it’ll be on and when you call they can never give an estimate. Whats the point of the power outage map? I know I don’t have power when will it be back?
