A perfect morning at Reflection Lake (10/8)

I have lived in the Seattle area and have admired the mountain for over 15 years, but have only been to Rainier a few times. Skiing and Mountain biking are my go to activities, so I don't do much hiking. I broke my thumb a few months ago and haven't been on the bike as a result, and I am suddenly feeling like I've neglected so many great experiences. We finished the summer with doing several hikes, and my little one (4) can now manage a 4mi/1k foot hike.

All week we've been planning the Golden Gate to Skyline Loop. I saw someone post a photo earlier from Lake Tipsoo so we set the alarm for 4:30am to catch the sunrise there. Then afterwards, on the way to Paradise, we stopped at Reflection Lake and were met with absolute perfect conditions.
