Hi there! I’m looking for two new roommates to re-sign a lease with me on a beautiful 3bed 1bath in a Crown Heights brownstone. I’ve been living here for 2 years and it’s an incredible apartment and area. The apartment will be partially furnished in common areas.

Rent is $1533 per room. Two rooms (both back bedrooms) are available.

Utilities are less than $100/month for wifi and electricity ($25 for Wifi, usually like $30-$60 for con ed).

~10 minute walk from the Nostrand A/C, and 2 blocks from the LIRR. 

About me:

• I’m a 32yo woman and have been living in NYC for ten years. I’m currently in school and working as a contractor in the public health field. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, making art, and practicing yoga.
• I’m usually home during the daytime but often out during evenings and weekends.

 

About you:

• Late 20s to early 40s
• Girls gays & theys preferred
• Financially responsible (full time, permanent job), or if not, you’re able to sign with a guarantor. We would be signing a new lease, so you'd be required to fill out an application (40x the rent, good credit score, etc.)
• Work mostly in-person
• Conscious of keeping common areas clean (doing dishes in a timely manner, wiping down counters after cooking, cleaning hair from drain after showing, putting shoes away, etc.)
• No pets preferred
