Been around the IRL streaming world for a while and kept noticing the same problems.

Streamers undercharge for sponsorships because they have no idea what the going rates are. Camera ops and editors have no central place to find work; it's all random Discord DMs. Brands that want to work with IRL creators have no easy way to find them.

So I built something to fix all three. Rate calculator, gig board for crew, brand deals board, and collab finder. It's early, so it's rough around the edges, but the core works.

Not trying to sell anything — just want to know if this actually solves a real problem for people in this community or if I'm missing something obvious.
