Philips 5400 hot water remains in the bottom

Good evening, I recently bought a Philips 5400 machine with a few coffees (about 30) after using it with a cappuccino and a fairly watered espresso (probably normal being one of the first), I noticed that the water came out once yes 5 times no. So I took her to a repairman who told me that the seller (who told me that the coffee machine was from his mother-in-law but had little used it) told me that there are no labels with the serial number and that it was quite strange. now out of desperation I contacted the seller and I asked him for a symbolic amount since just to have the car checked the repairman asked me for 25 euros that strangely the seller he sent me away paypal since I explained the situation to him so I don't think he's a scammer .

the. It remains that now I am afraid that I will have to pay a lot of money since the machine no longer delivers hot water and therefore milk.

In your opinion it will cost a lot of repair and if yes, you advise to refuse the repairman's quote and do-it-yourself.

What do you think it could be? I don't think it's something broken but I think it's just limestone since if it were broken it would never work.
