Ghosted on dating app for being celiac

I’m honestly laughing about this and thought I’d share the story with people who understand… I think someone on a dating app stopped talking to me because I said I had celiac disease. 😂

This person liked my profile and we chatted for a few days. They seemed very into me. It turns out they’re a pastry chef and they offered to make me deserts from their home country. That’s when I thanked them but told them that sadly I have celiac disease so I can’t eat it if it has gluten.
Then total abrupt silence…

I guess it’s a good way to filter out the superficial or immature folks but still. Really now? Are they gluten-sexual? How is this a turn off? 😂
