Shifts in other departments

I’m currently a casual grocery member, and they’re training me to be fill lead at my store, but every single roster cycle I get about 7 hours in grocer and 30 in dairy, after I’ve expressed my interest multiple times to get more grocery and less dairy. What can I do about it?

Duty Manager responsibility

I’ve just been told I’m going to be trained to be Duty Manager from 6-11 on nights at my store, and trying to find out any advice I can get of what I should start getting really familiar with, so any advice would be appreciated. I’m currently a grocery and dairy team member.

Rising the ranks

So I am a perm part time team member in grocery, nightfill and dairy, I’ve been at Cole’s for about a year and a half and want to start working up to be my stores Fill Lead, what’s everything I should start learning to get the most hours I can and for my boss to rely on me and want to start training me to be Fill Lead?
