Hubli-Dharwad people, I have a question.

Have there been film schools or film institutes in Hubli-Dharwad or Belagavi before? If yes, did they work, and if not, why do you think they failed?

More importantly, do you think a good, practical film school in Hubli-Dharwad would work today?

Could Hubli-Dharwad become a film education hub for the whole of North Karnataka?

If not, what do you think is stopping someone from starting one here?

Would love to hear honest opinions from filmmakers, students and the general public.
